KaylaAnn McGowan - Full Body Connection

KaylaAnn is a Certified Rolfer and Rolf Movement Practitioner. She has taught creative movement for people of all ages for over 15 years. Her experience includes teaching dance, yoga, weights, water aerobics, experiential anatomy and kinesiology online to people around the world.

In her practice she sees many different types of bodies, very few of them are in a state of ease, nor pain free. Few still are aware that there are more effective modalities of healing and pain management than those traditionally recommended by doctors. Rolfing changed her flat feet to NO MORE flat feet. Back and neck discomfort left in just a few sessions.

The Rolfing 10 series improves overall body function and exercises full transformation change. There's hundreds of hours bringing long term relief to clients. She looks forward to bringing the same experience and understanding to you.

KaylaAnn grew up IN, NM,TX, Turkey, Azores, and CO. Both of her parents served 25 yrs in the military. She lived in CO for 15yrs, married a Vermonter and lives in S Burlington with a Rolfing practice.

Saxon Alexandra - Actuality Equine

I have been caring for horses and asking questions about the world we live in from a young age. When I left my research projects and my biochemistry neuroscience undergraduate program, I knew that I was making more space for horses and sunlight in my life. After spending four years working on the eventing circuit, I witnessed the pitfalls of training shortcuts and equipment misuse firsthand. Through my academic studies and my personal interest in dressage theory and biomechanics, I discovered an effective and long-lasting manual bodywork modality called Structural Integration which reorganizes connective tissues and promotes the restoration of healthy movement patterns. As an advanced Equine Fascial Integration Therapy (EFIT) practitioner, I am able to combine my love for horses with my pursuit for scientific truths in equine anatomy, biomechanics, behavior, and sports performance.

I have moved through my own structural integration series and into post-series focused work with a handful of professionals who each have a unique approach. The changes in my riding, my balance, and my relationship with my body have been profound. I realized early in my series that if I was going to make lasting changes in the experience of equine athletes, then their humans would need the same attention.

Individualized booking available for Vermont beginning spring 2025. E-mail Saxon to discuss availability.
